INK CONTRACT®

1. Parties

This agreement is between Ricky Burnz ("Artist") and [Client name] ("Client").

2. Services

Artist will provide: Show on [date] at [venue / city].

3. Fee

Client pays [amount] USD. 50% deposit on signing; balance due before the service. Deposits are non-refundable inside 7 days of the date.

4. Cancellation

Either side may cancel in writing. Client cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. Artist cancellations refund all payments.

5. Content & Rights

Each party keeps ownership of its own names, logos and music. Recordings of the service may be shared by both parties for promotion with credit to Ricky Burnz®.

6. Conduct

No sales pitches unless agreed in advance. Both parties act professionally and comply with venue rules and applicable law.

7. Entire Agreement

This is the full agreement. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties. Governed by the laws of Nevada.
